Billy Bones Club is committed to sustainability and creating a positive change for the future and within the fashion industry.

We are continuing to improve our efforts, but below are some of the things we have already implemented:

SUSTAINABILITY

PACKAGING
We don’t use plastic packaging for our products, all products are packaged in biodegradable garment bags. We only ship orders in biodegradable satchels (which can be reused), as well as recycled cardboard shipping boxes. Our swing tags are also made from recycled cardboard.

DELIVERIES
It’s important for us as a brand to reduce our carbon footprint, therefore we've moved to making all orders 100% carbon neutral as of 2022.

PRODUCTION
We have a long-term relationship with our factories, and only ever order in small limited quantities in order to avoid overproducing and waste.

PRODUCTS
A number of our products are made from recycled and organic fabrics. We are continuing to increase the number of products produced from more sustainable fabrics and materials.

WHAT WE’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT

Billy Bones Club is passionate about giving back to our community and supporting meaningful causes. We’ve been able to contribute and donate to the below causes:

MENTAL HEALTH
It’s no secret Billy Bones Club is passionate about mental health and creating a more positive change in the mental health space within our office as well as supporting charities. We donate to a number of charities each year – one being LIVIN. Each year we create a collection for Mental Health Day with a portion of each sale of these items being donated to LIVIN. Over the past 3 years we’ve been able to donate over $25,000.

AUSTRALIAN FLOODS
Floods devastated our northern Australian states in early 2022. We donated a portion from each online sale to GIVIT – an organisation helping flood-affected persons. We were able to donate a total of $7,220.

SUPPORTING OUR INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY
We’ve been able to and continue to support our Indigenous community through working with local artists to produce limited edition products, we recently teamed up with indigenous artist Jade Holborow "Wandyu Art" on our Wandyu Dream buckets for NAIDOC week 2022 donating 20% of sales to Common Ground to help their efforts in amplifying and backing first nations voices and storytelling. In 2020 we launched our Solidarity Tee, partnering with Indigenous artist Josh Wood, with 100% of profits being donated to Bridging The Gap and Blackfit to support health and education opportunities and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We stand in Solidarity, Black and Aboriginal Lives Matter.

THE MUSIC INDUSTRY
Music is in our DNA, we are aspiring musicians ourselves and we love supporting and collaborating with up-and-coming artists having a crack at doing what they love. Using our platform to help spread the word about new music and gigs. We've collaborated with multiple artists bringing next-level merch in which profits are always split with the artists helping them to further fund their dreams with more recording time and merch to sell at gigs. Along with this we are working on a collaboration vinyl with 10 of our artists in which profits are shared with them again, all funded by us and our very first Bones Festival in late 2022.
